Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient resource management.
Develop and execute business strategies to enhance growth and profitability.
Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing successful firms, preferably in a leadership role.
Excellent and professional marketing skills.
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Engineering background, with a preference for mechanical engineering.
Relevant experience in the fiberglass industry.
Valid GCC driving license.
Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
