We are seeking experienced and dynamic Project Managers to lead our civil earthworks initiatives and contribute to this transformative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil earthwork projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all construction activities.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry, specifically in earthworks.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
