Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office applications, Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of office devices and processes
Very good knowledge of MS Office

Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling email, files, meeting minutes, mailings, and deliveries; and coordinating meeting contacts database, Customer lists, and inventories
Perform other office duties as assigned
