Job Description:
As a Part-Time Accountant, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with the Odoo accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Utilize the Odoo accounting system for tracking financial transactions and generating reports.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with other team members to improve accounting processes and systems.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documents are organized and stored properly.
Respond to financial inquiries from management and provide clear explanations of financial metrics and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of [X years] of experience.
Proficient in Odoo accounting software; experience with other accounting software is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
