Description
We are looking to hire a Filipino Female Receptionist and appointment coordinator with excellent experience
And organizational skills to ensure success, the Coordinator must be a confident, responsible professional with a great personality that will contribute to the day-to-day effective management of the facility. The best candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multitasking in a fast-paced environment and can respond effectively to patient emergencies.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving patients and their families, reassuring them, and answering all their questions and inquiries.
- Directing patients and their families to clinics, departments and facilities where doctors provide medical care for them.
- Coordinating patient reservations and visits to various clinics, laboratories and other hospital facilities.
- Coordination with doctors and various departments within the hospital.
- Preparing periodic reports for administrators and decision makers in hospitals.
Requirements:-
- 2-3 years experience
- Experience in medical insurance and its procedures
Specific personal skills:
- Mastering communication skills in speech and writing.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Quick wit and initiative to act wisely during crises.
- Proficiency in dealing with office machines such as printers, fax machines, etc.
- Proficiency in using computer programs to write reports and handle data, such as Microsoft Office.
- The ability to distribute attention, focus, manage time, and set priorities.
- Good listening and listening.
