The CEO House Driver is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's household, including transportation, errands, and administrative tasks. The CEO House Driver serves as a trusted and reliable companion to the CEO, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide transportation for the CEO, including driving to various destinations, such as meetings, events, and appointments.

Manage and coordinate household errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and bill payments.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the CEO's home, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning common areas.

Assist with event planning and preparation, including scheduling, invitations, and coordinating with vendors.

Act as a point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring their comfort and providing any necessary information.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Perform administrative tasks, such as answering emails, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.

Accompany the CEO on business trips, taking care of travel arrangements, and ensuring the CEO's comfort during travel.

Ensure the safety and security of the CEO's household, including implementing security measures and alerting appropriate authorities in case of emergencies.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting positively on the CEO's household.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a house driver or in a similar role.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and demands.

Proficient in using modern technology and software applications.

Familiarity with local roads and with the ability to navigate effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent.
