Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-Maintain an efficient filing system for all project-related documents.
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
-Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
-Support project managers with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Document Controller or Secretary, preferably in the construction industry.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management software.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
