We are currently looking for a Filipino Female Receptionist with experience in dental and derma field and has experience with insurance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet visitors and patients warmly.
Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp and Instagram messages.
Schedule appointments
Provide information about the center and services.
Follow up on patients appointments
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication abilities, verbal and written.
Experience with Microsoft word and Excel
Ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Has experience with H360 insurance
