A Well Reputed company in Bahrain is looking for Operations and Sales Manager with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cleaning Company.

A GCC driving license is a must.

Duties and responsibilities

Managing sales data
Reporting sales and campaign results.
Communicating news and wins.
Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by the team.
Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators.
Managing sales representative compensation plans and incentives.
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Should have experience in Janitorial and cleaning service management
Excellent written/spoken communication skills
Solution driven individual and Proactive in reporting.
Decision maker and Time management skills
Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff.
Resolve complaints or issues team members have during cleanings
Ensure their cleaners complete tasks on time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or higher Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
With minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cleaning Company.
A GCC driving license is a must.
