We are expanding! Join Castech, a leading company specializing in construction chemicals and concrete admixtures. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals for the following positions:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct HR needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.

Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed.

Recruitment and Selection:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to select suitable candidates.
Onboard new employees and provide necessary training and orientation.

Performance Management:
Establish performance expectations and goals for employees.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Implement performance improvement plans as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding wages, hours, and benefits.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate employee development initiatives, such as mentoring and coaching.

Talent Management:
Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Implement succession planning strategies.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including employment laws, safety standards, and equal opportunity legislation.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
