Position Summary:
We are seeking Accounts & Finance Manager with a proven track record in start-up environments. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can build and manage the company's financial operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of a high-growth company.
Responsibilities:
•     Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
•     Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and all applicable regulations.
•     Strategic Planning: Partner with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
•     Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors.
•     Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

•     Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a start-up environment.
•     Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
•     Start-Up Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
•     Leadership Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
