Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Marketing Coordinator to support the promotion and sales of a newly introduced product to the Bahraini market across digital platforms. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and e-commerce management, focused on increasing online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor website performance, ensure seamless customer experiences, and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement strategies to drive traffic and conversions, optimizing the sales funnel.
- Analyze e-commerce metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates) and prepare performance reports.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
- Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to increase brand visibility.
- Plan and create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, etc.) to promote products and educate customers on the benefits of the products.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role (preferably in women’s health or personal care products).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Arabic is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
• Graphic design skills for creating marketing assets (ads, social media posts, etc.).
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
