We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Male Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure accurate and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and dining area.
• Manage inventory levels, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Assist with training new staff on beverage preparation and customer service standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Promote upselling of menu items to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and various brewing methods.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot coffee machines and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
