We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will create memorable dining experiences for guests by providing exceptional customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders from guests and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Prepare and set tables, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged before guests arrive.
• Clear tables after guests leave and reset them for the next service.
• Process payments accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Stay knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials and allergen information, to answer guest questions.
• Assist in the preparation of beverages and other minor tasks during busy hours.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
• A friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Basic math skills to handle payments and calculate bills.
