We’re looking for a talented and creative Sushi Cook to join our team.

We specialize in serving fresh, high-quality sushi with a modern twist. If you have a love for sushi and a knack for Korean or Japanese cuisine, we’d love for you to bring your talents to our kitchen.

What You'll Do:

Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, from traditional to innovative, with care and precision.
Ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients are used to create beautiful and flavorful sushi.
Get creative with new sushi rolls and presentation styles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station, following all food safety standards.
Work closely with the team to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Sushi Cook or working in a Korean or Japanese restaurant is a plus.
A love for Korean & Japanese cuisine and a passion for sushi-making.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a busy kitchen.
Knowledge of different types of sushi & Kimbap and preparation techniques.
Creativity to bring fresh ideas and unique flavors to the menu.
