Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR issues, including employee relations and performance management.
- Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding of new hires.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and conduct regular salary reviews.
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs to enhance retention and workplace morale.
- Oversee employee performance management and career development plans.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics for senior management.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

Requirements:

- Nationality: Saudi National
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR management position.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
