Description

Job Summary:

The Service Executive is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and correction of medical/scientific equipment installed on the client site.

The Service Executive is also responsible for interacting with customers to provide information and procedures to address inquiries, concerns, and requests on the products and services provided to them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsible repair and installation services to our customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide and maintains the necessary tools of the trade and have readily available to perform installation and repair services.
• Determine parts, supplies or tools needed to complete service requests and using, maintaining, securing test devices and tools used to adjust, calibrate, and repair equipment.
• Conducting periodic PPM of installed devices according to the manufacturing terms under warranty period.
• Enter AMC with the client.
• Maintain the available test equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with the respective manufacturing/principal companies for the rectification service issue.
• Providing technical support after initial installation of equipment, PC software and hardware and ensuring that service commitments are met within standard response time.
• Perform other duties as related to the Service Technician position.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science/ Diploma/Polytechnic, Bachelor of Engineering (in Bio-medical, Electronics & Communication, in Electronics & Instrumentation), Biotechnology, and similar science graduation
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Service of biomedical/scientific equipment

Preferred to be in Bahrain or priority for people in Bahrain with valid driving license
