Job Description:

Amwaj Al Khair Trading and Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and a deep understanding of the use of professional software programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the technical office and support project management activities.
Oversee design and technical documentation.
Coordinate with engineering teams for efficient project execution.
Supervise technical drawings, approvals, and work schedules.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Lead the development and implementation of technical processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

8-15 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
Proficient in the use of professional Civil Engineering software programs such as:
AutoCAD
Primavera P6
Revit
ETABS
SAP2000
Prokon
Civil 3D
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards in Saudi Arabia.

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
