Lead kitchen operations during events, ensuring flawless execution and high-quality service
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create memorable culinary experiences
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control

Proven hands-on experience in catering, especially with Mediterranean and international cuisines
Strong knowledge of different global culinary techniques and flavors
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced catering environment
