Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.
Lead and manage hotel staff to optimize performance and teamwork.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Saudi regulations.
Maintain and enhance the reputation of the hotel through quality service and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of hotel management practices and operational standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
