Description
We are a prominent manpower and material supply company based in Jubail, dedicated to providing high-quality services and solutions to our clients across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manpower and material supply sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications:
Saudi driving license is mandatory
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar business coordinator role, preferably in the manpower and material supply industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively close deals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
