Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager / Supervisor to lead the repair, maintenance, and operations of heavy and light equipment at our plant.
This role offers a hands-on leader the opportunity to drive efficiency and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily workshop activities, ensuring the timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of all equipment.
Plan and coordinate schedules for regular inspections, routine servicing, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring tools, spare parts, and equipment are available when required.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Train, mentor, and lead the workshop team, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and equipment history for reporting and tracking purposes.
