Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital payments.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
Balance the cash register and ensure accuracy at the end of each shift.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
Assist in stocking shelves and keeping the store neat and tidy.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to customers.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
Strong math and computer skills to handle transactions and point-of-sale systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
