Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor – Housing Admin to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of hotel staff accommodations. This role ensures a hygienic, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for employees while managing housekeeping operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
Oversee daily cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of staff housing.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Coordinate room assignments and occupancy records for staff housing.
Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and request restocking as needed.
Address staff concerns related to accommodation and housekeeping services.
Train housekeeping team on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Ensure timely laundry and linen services for staff accommodations.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for repairs.
Maintain records of housekeeping activities and submit reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or staff accommodation setting.
Education: Diploma or relevant certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
