Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Coordinate with other departments for office supplies and requests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in a relevant field is a plus).
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
