Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor food cost, inventory, and other related financial activities.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
Manage cash flow and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, with a focus on the F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of food cost control and pricing strategies.
Proven track record in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
