Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
