Basic roles includes:

* Coordinate with third-party courier services to schedule order pickup, shipment, tracking, and customer delivery.
* Address customer issues by promptly and provide timely updates on order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.
* Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
* Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.
* Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KP s) to upper management.
* Monitor courier performance, analyze KPis, and identify opportunities to improve delivery time and cost.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
* Perform any other related tasks as required

Essential skills and qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations, preferably in a managerial role.
* Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in using a variety of order management and tracking software.
* Strong data entry, data analysis, and report-generating skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
