The ideal candidate will have creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

-Attend to all design requirements from the team leader or communications team.

-Plan deliverables based on urgency and finalized requests of the design.

-Protect the brand image and ensure following the guidelines in every project.

-Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and posts.

-Effectively handle the packaging design requests and investigate the best possible design methods to be used.

-Participate in the company overall campaign preparation and secure the assigned pages of the catalog design to be delivered on time.

-Follow up with the buyer of the assigned items for preparing the requirement items and specs.

Qualifications

-Experience & Leadership: 5-7 years of hands-on design experience with a proven track record of managing and inspiring a creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative work.

-Visual & Conceptual Mastery: Strong visual design skills, with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of design software and executions.

-Continuous Growth Mindset: A genuine passion for growing your craft, exploring new design workflows, and experimenting with diverse visual styles to push creative boundaries.

-Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a creative team environment, where bouncing ideas off one another leads to the best possible results.

-Expert Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (motion graphics experience is essential). Experience with animation is a huge plus.

-Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both within your team and when liaising with clients or other departments.

-Diverse Design Experience: Experience in non-static design-such as interactive design, motion graphics, or digital media-is highly desired.
