Asakin Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Riyadh.

If you have 5-10 years of experience in real estate finance, hold a CFA certification, and possess strong financial modeling skills, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

Location: Riyadh (Candidates in Riyadh or New Delhi only)

Key Requirements:

bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from a reputable university in India or Pakistan
CFA certification preferred (CPA/ACCA is a plus)
Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial modeling (submission of a financial model sample required)
At least one year in a managerial or leadership role
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
