Job Description
Designing and administering training programs.
Identifying training needs and recommending programs and activities.
Delivering training programs and conducting staff training
Evaluating employee training effectiveness and modifying programs
Developing training schedules
Coordinating with staff to develop employee training programs
Developing performance plans, monitoring employee performance, and providing feedback
Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.
Planning and coordinating all training events
Maintaining training records.
Managing training budgets
