Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Coffees & Beverages: Craft high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to Zimari Bakery's standards.
• Serve Authentic Greek Baked Goods: Present and recommend our signature Greek pastries and breads to customers, sharing knowledge about our unique offerings.
• Take Orders: Accurately and efficiently take customer orders at the counter or table, ensuring all preferences and requests are met.
• Customer Service Excellence: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Strong English and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar food service role is preferred but not required.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
