Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and driving financial performance.

As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth and profitability.
• Oversee accounting, tax, and treasury functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to guide business decisions.
• Manage investor relations and communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key metrics to optimize efficiency.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall company goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• Experience with financial software and systems.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
