We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah Industrial Area, UAE. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping.

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Assign and manage schedules for the team to ensure operational goals are met.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.

Maintain a safe and organized working environment for all staff members.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum of 12th Standard/High School diploma.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to effectively communicate in Hindi/Urdu and English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

Physical Requirements: Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
