Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the air conditioning systems and other equipment within the property to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

You will also perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep our facilities in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems and other building equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AC units and related systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner.
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and management to address facility needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working with equipment and machinery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, HVAC certifications) preferred.
