Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our manpower and recruitment services to companies in the oil & gas industry. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the oil & gas industry to promote Ramz United’s manpower and recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our services and closing deals.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of manpower solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Represent Ramz United at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand our client base.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment, manpower, or oil & gas industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the oil & gas industry and its recruitment needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
