We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our cargo and freight services team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the logistics and shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in cargo and freight services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell freight forwarding solutions, including air, sea, and land transport.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Other: Valid Bahraini driving license preferred.
