As part of our growing team, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to oversee and manage all transportation-related activities for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation Scheduling: Organize and coordinate daily transportation schedules for guests, including airport transfers, local and other destinations.
• Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance, availability, and efficient use of the hotel’s transportation fleet
• Guest Services: Provide exceptional service by addressing guest transportation requests promptly and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
• Route Optimization: Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all transportation activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and other clients to meet guest needs and support hotel operations.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any transportation-related issues or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Proficiency in using MS Word & Excel and Email.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and transportation networks in Eastern Province.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi is Must.
