Description

Albalatin Contracting Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our heavy equipment rental services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to increase heavy equipment rental sales.

Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Negotiate contracts and rental agreements with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the heavy equipment rental industry.

Strong understanding of the construction and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must have a transferable Iqama (preferred).
