A Reputed Contracting Company operating throughout in the Kingdom with Head-Office at AL-Khobar, requires a well suited Qualified “Divisional Manager - Facilities Operations” to successfully run and enhance the Heavy Equipment Rental Business in KSA.

Divisional Manager will lead a team of “Facility Managers” deployed at various Facilities, also to Generate the Targeted Business Volume.

Client Satisfaction and Business development are the core requirements from this position holder.

Budget Development and Optimization in Spending will be the routine tasks, always on. Position is Head office based, with frequent visits to clients and projects sites as job functions required.

Minimum required credentials are as under:

• Education: Graduation in Engineering or Facility Management or MBA + PMP Preferred
• Certification in Facility Management like CFM are essentials.
• Experience: Minimum 8 -10 Years Experience Heading Business unit on Similar Position within Facility Management Companies in KSA/Gulf.
• Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in facilities management software.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the facility complies with all safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Client & Vendor Management: Excellent abilities to develop relationships with clients, Negotiate and manage contracts.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in Business and develop strategies to mitigate them.
