Responsibilities:
•Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
•Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff
•Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
•Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any concerns
•Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in a similar role preferred
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
