We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman (Substation) to lead our electrical team on a substation project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Project Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating electrical work, including scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation.

Installation and Testing: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including substations, switchgear, and cabling.

Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical work meets or exceed company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.

Safety: Ensure that all electrical work is carried out safely, in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support to the electrical team.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including installation, testing, and commissioning documentation.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on substation work.
