Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin & Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks while also supporting our sales efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
o Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
o Maintain and organize files and records.
o Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
o Order and manage office supplies.
o Assist with general office tasks.
• Sales Support:
o Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
o Maintain customer databases and update sales information.
o Follow up with leads and customers.
o Generate sales reports.
o Possibly process sales orders.
• Other Duties:
o Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• A positive and proactive attitude.

Education:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
