Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Learning and Development team.
The BDM will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our training and development services by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives that align with Vinsys' goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize tools such as SWOT and PESTLE analysis to assess potential markets and identify gaps.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies that align with Vinsys' long-term goals. Set realistic targets, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly review progress.
Promote Learning and Development Solutions: Present Vinsys' learning and development offerings compellingly to potential clients. Address any objections and negotiate deals effectively.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment with company goals and seamless execution of strategies.
Stay Updated on Industry Developments: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the learning and development sector.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
