Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure sales target are met monthly and product category wise
Prepare and formulate a complete strategy for country-wise sales in order to achieve and exceed the yearly target
Establish network of dealerships and project contractors
To be very cost effective and scrutinize any spending.
Recommend any change in strategy within the 12 months to ensure focus is on the right path to succeed in target achievement irrespective of market conditions.
Ensure timely advice is given to customers about new product introduction, ensuring that samples and pricing details are accepted, and that orders are obtained thereafter.
Ensure general pricing meets the market expectations and if not, to formally recommend to Management a broad spectrum of price bands required product category-wise.
Qualifications
Male; age between 35-45 year's old
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
Analytical and with proven track record in achieving sales targets from a reputable FMCG company
Experience in establishing and maintaining dealer network
Strong track record in market research and competitor analysis and take the necessary action accordingly
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Someone inspired to work hard, self-motivated, able to handle pressure, and is trained to achieve deliverables.
