We are looking for an E-commerce Training Manager to teach women how to earn money through social e-commerce and provide continuous support to help them start from scratch and eventually achieve a stable income.

More and more women in Saudi Arabia want to earn money from home while managing their families but lack the right opportunities and methods. We offer a brand-new solution—earn commissions by sharing products on social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok! No need for inventory, no need to open a store—just a smartphone to start!

We provide full support to help women succeed in social e-commerce:
Product support: Carefully selected high-quality products that are easy to promote.
System and technical support: An intelligent e-commerce platform for easier order management.
Content support: Professional promotional materials for effortless sharing.
Traffic support: Precise traffic provided by the company for more effective promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop e-commerce training programs: Use simple and understandable methods to teach how to use social platforms to promote products.
Conduct in-person training: Hold face-to-face training sessions in the office or other designated locations to help students quickly get started.
Manage trainee communities: Provide real-time support and answer questions through platforms like WhatsApp or Telegram.
Track trainee progress: Monitor their sales performance, provide personalized advice, and help them earn money continuously.
Cultivate potential trainers: Select promising trainees and train them to become trainers to help more women join and succeed.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Familiar with social media platforms (Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok) and interested in e-commerce.
Experience in training or sales, enjoys helping others grow, and has good communication skills.
Ability to manage and maintain trainee communities.
Willing to work on-site in Riyadh, Olaya Street, and conduct regular in-person training.
