Nebras Alkhaleej Transport Co. is a leading player in the logistics industry, offering innovative and reliable solutions for our clients. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive business growth by expanding our client base and establishing relationships with new subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in the logistics field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Research and identify potential subcontractors for collaboration and develop strong working relationships.
Negotiate and secure agreements with subcontractors, ensuring high-quality service and competitive pricing.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet both client and subcontractor acquisition targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns.
Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends.
Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to management.
Requirements:
Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the logistics or related industry.
Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and subcontractors.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales, business development, and subcontractor management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
