Albalatin Contracting Company Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager – Heavy Equipment Rental to join our team in Jubail.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the heavy equipment rental sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the heavy equipment rental division.
Identify and engage with potential clients in the construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the equipment rental industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize rental fleet utilization and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or operations within the heavy equipment rental industry.
Strong network and experience working with clients in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
