Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries.
Process orders, returns, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
Meet and exceed call handling targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
