Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. This role involves responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions
Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high service standards
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
